- Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return shipping charges of 100INR is charged.

Eligibility for FREE return/replacement:
- Item is damaged at the time of receiving the order.
- Missing items from the invoice/order.
- Misplaced or different item received from the invoice.
- Manufacturing defects in item at the time of receiving the order.
Non-Eligible FREE Returns: In order to ensure you are getting products with the highest standard of hygiene and quality, we do not accept returns for certain items including:
- T-Shirts/Apparel.
- Shoes
- Socks
- Grips
- Custom Strung Badminton Rackets.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What is the refund policy for returns of orders placed during a sale?
- If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
If the products that are received by Badminton people are in non-original condition or do not follow the policies described here, you will be notified and the product will be held by the company for 7 days before being destroyed. If you require the returned product, you will need to pay Rs. 250 for the return shipping back to you within 7 days from the date of notification.
For COD orders, refunds will be done only through store credit/Gift cards. 100% of the refund credit can be used on badmintonpeople.in.
How does the exchanges process work?

How do I cancel my order?
- You can cancel your order by reaching out to us at hello@badpeople.in or by using our live chat on the website, this can only be done before the order has been shipped.
